1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@sofindustries.com with your order number.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
      • Custom-made or personalized items
      • Digital downloads or software
      • Gift cards
  • Return Process:
    • Contact our customer support at support@sofindustries.com to initiate the return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee:
    • A restocking fee of 5% may apply to certain returns.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • Late or Missing Refunds:

4. Exchanges
